1. General

The Behind Marketing Lines Summit & Awards is organized by the Behind Marketing Lines team. By registering or attending, participants agree to these terms.

2. Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed once payment is completed (if applicable). Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the organizers. Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the event.

3. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to modify the agenda, speakers, or venue as necessary. Major updates will be communicated via official channels.

4. Media & Photography

Attendance implies consent to photography and recording. Event media may be used for promotional purposes on official Behind Marketing Lines platforms.

5. Code of Conduct

Professional behavior is expected from all participants. Harassment or inappropriate conduct will result in removal from the event.

6. Data Handling

Policy Personal data is collected, processed, and stored only for event-related purposes, such as communication and registration. Participants can opt out of communications by contacting privacy@behindmarketinglines.com.

7. Liability

The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the event except where required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
